Very helpful with my wheel lock problem . I took my vehicle to Sam’s Club where they lost my wheel lock. They also put wheel weights on the outside of my am lumen with my wheel lock problem . I took my vehicle to Sam’s Club where they lost my wheel lock. They also put wheel weights on the outside of my am lumen rims Had to have them re-balance with weights on the inside. I called, verified vehicle and price, and then drove to Sherman, Texas, to purchase. The car was as advertised and the transaction was seem less and perfect; easy, breezy. The salesman, Terry Thomas, was outstanding, as was the dealer tech man. We were given a complete 30-40 minute rundown on all the vehicle features including hands on demonstrations of each feature. They took the time to make certain that we were comfortable and satisfied with our selection. I highly recommend Bob Utter Ford. More
