Oh Matthew, where do I begin? We appreciate you coming to see us from about a hour away to purchase a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. It was aggressively priced at $40950. I am certain that's why you made the trip to purchase ours. The Jeep was in great shape for a 2018 model and from New York, I am sure there is a bit of rust on it. Most dealers , do not repaint their 5 year old vehicles to make them look new. Nothing was hidden, if the rust had bothered you we could have addressed that at the time of sale, almost 5 months ago. As for the 3 days, yes you dropped it off Monday and picked it up Wednesday. However, when you dropped off your Wrangler, you left a note with 13 different items to address. You couldn't possibly think it would be completed in a day. Furthermore, you were not refused a loaner. You were told several times none were available. Additionally, you made 3 different appointments in service that you never showed up to, prior to this visit. In the end, we replaced your battery at no charge to you, even though it was out of lemon law warranty. Our service manager, spoke to you to review your concerns and you told him that your were not concerned about anything besides your Jeep starting and running. I also, looked at your deal, there was nothing about floor mats on the paper you signed that we owed you them. I feel bad you aren't happy with your Jeep now and I believe we have gone above and beyond what most dealers would do to rectify your concerns.

Not true at all. But I don't expect an honest answer, I mean you do have a business to run. I know how this goes bud. You claim to be so accommodating and helpful, but I'm just an unruly customer that wants something for free!!!! lol. Listen bud, I'm not the first n I'm sure I won't be the last person that has issues with how this was handled, or lack thereof.
