I made an appointment on Monday for blown wheel seals in the rear of my truck to be done on Friday. Dropped the truck off Thursday night for the appointment. Friday I called in the afternoon to see if the t the rear of my truck to be done on Friday. Dropped the truck off Thursday night for the appointment. Friday I called in the afternoon to see if the truck was done and was told they did not have the seals and they were a day out. So no one had ordered the parts when I scheduled the appointment like they should have. They asked to keep the truck and would have it wrapped up Monday. Called back Monday afternoon and said part was scheduled to arrive Tuesday. Again forgot to order the part. Called Tuesday afternoon and said that they would wrap the truck up on Wednesday by noon. So they had my truck 6 days to do a couple hours of work. More

We received excellent service with Eric. Upstate has always been easy to work with helping us accomplish our goal.
