Made my appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Gave some other issues to diag. Took a week and I got my truck back with the service done and nothing else. Paying was a hassel as they couldn't figure out the ticket and total. I had to total the ro and go back in and get money back. Very displeased with this appointment as all my other services have been good. More

I give this dealership the highest rating in terms of service and accommodation of customer needs. On this particular visit I called just one hour before arriving and they were able to get me in for an o service and accommodation of customer needs. On this particular visit I called just one hour before arriving and they were able to get me in for an oil change and tire rotation. This means a great deal to me. This is the primary reason why I travel an extended distance to get to this dealership. I feel that the people at Upstate Dodge do their best to accommodate requests & they treat me very well. More
