Seem a like a common complaint on the reviews for upstate jeep.... last week I took my 2015 jeep wrangler in for an oil change and inspection. This place took advantage of me being a female and taking my jee jeep.... last week I took my 2015 jeep wrangler in for an oil change and inspection. This place took advantage of me being a female and taking my jeep in....No problems with the oil change and come time for inspection they told me my jeep needed tires and brakes... they removed my inspection sticker before asking if I want to have the work done right then and there.... I took my jeep to my hometown mechanic and had him look at my jeep. I didn't think my brakes and tires needed to be done and my mechanic verified it, neither of the parts needed to be fixed in order to pass inspection... my husband called the dealership to question what they said needed to be done and after a few words exchanged the manager told him to take his business somewhere else.. this place is a joke! More
