When I arrived he started asking why I was interested in this particular truck & offering to show me others. He then said I would not be able to test drive the truck I had come to see because of a spider-web crack in the sunroof. I stood in the bed to view the sunroof and noticed no cracks. Mr Foster went on to say I was not even able to view the interior of this vehicle because he could not obtain the keys from the glass repair guys. More

My last few dealership-related experiences have been bad ones, but not here... My experience at University Ford was the first great car buying experience that I have had in nearly a decade. Not only did B ones, but not here... My experience at University Ford was the first great car buying experience that I have had in nearly a decade. Not only did Blake get me a great price on the vehicle that I wanted, but he also treated me with courtesy and respect (something that has become tough to find consistently at a dealership). Blake (and all of the other staff that I encountered) seemed to really care about me being happy with my purchase. His concern didn't stop when I signed the papers either. It continued up until I left the dealership. It was a great experience! Hopefully any service trips will be just as good, but I would absolutely recommend giving University Ford a shot if you are shopping for a new car in The Triangle. More
When I arrived to discuss a vehicle that I was interested in, it was suddenly raised 1,000 over posted asking price, which was higher than comparable CPO vehicles in the area. This was posted as a non- CPO v in, it was suddenly raised 1,000 over posted asking price, which was higher than comparable CPO vehicles in the area. This was posted as a non- CPO vehicle. I was ready to purchase the vehicle cash using Edmund’s TMV Dealer Retail but instead I was placed in the old-fashioned price dealing game between the sales person and the manager. Never saw the manager's face thorough my interaction with them. It seems they are focusing on uneducated clients with trade-in's looking to finance in order to manipulate the deal to maximize their profit. In this internet age, this approach is not only old-school but a waste of time for both the dealer and educated clients. I purchased a real CPO vehicle for 2,800 less than this dealer’s “final” price. More
