I found a nice 2008 Toyota Corolla on cars.com with a great price, I went to Universal Hyundai and someone else was there trying to buy it. At first I did not beleive them until I saw the customer, she b great price, I went to Universal Hyundai and someone else was there trying to buy it. Hugo did a great job showing me the benefits of a Certifed Hyundai and I am very happy that the Toyota got sold, this car is great, Hyundai has come a long way. Thanks Hugo. More

I tried to buy a Sonata for my wife and asked for a price several times on their website only to be receive a generic email back with no price on it! Paid for options not installed in car. Dealership was very deceptive. They had me sign a form that said that I was aware that the options were not included. Took advantage of a young female buyer. Reviewed paperwork when I got home and the prices did not match what I was quoted. Dealer fees were listed as delivery fees. Shared dealership with Nissan. Dealer that sold me the car knew nothing about the car. He usually sells on the Nissan side. More

I have not seen quite as much enthusiasm as the staff at Universal, even if seemed fake at time I did appreciate the effort on their part.
