Great experience all the way around. Ray took the time to go through everything in detail. We bought two cars in the same day from seperate dealerships. Richard Harris is the Internet Sales Manager. I contacted several dealerships on Monday morning regarding a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited. He was the first to respond. He had two in stock, and was contacted several dealerships on Monday morning regarding a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited. He was the first to respond. He had two in stock, and was great in explaining the cars he had. I came to the dealership a few hours later. Richard gave us the most in-depth review of the car, and let us test drive the car. After we made a deal, he helped us set everything up - including syncing our iPhones to the Bluetooth, and gave us a full overview of everything the car had to offer. I would do business with Universal Hyundai (and especially Richard) any day. The entire process was much better than any previous car purchase I have had. More

Our Sales Representative Tito Mella was great. He went beyond his scope of duties by following us to our home to pick up a form we had forget for the loan as well as a set of keys.
