John went out of his way to deliver my car. He sat with me for about 2 hours making sure Iunderstood the vehicle. He also reset my mirror so that it opened the garage. I am very happy with my gray Hyundai Sonata. Abi Dorta was extremely helpful. Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do - so much so that I lease a car which forces me to get another one befor was extremely helpful. So, the time had come for me to look for another...and I had started going to various dealerships throughout the central Florida area. My visits were the typical car-searching experiences, but when I met Abi at Universal Hyundai, he went out of his way to help me with specifics that I really wanted - informing me of options that no other salesperson had suggested. I had started looking for a car closer to home, and had then progressively moved further and further away. The distance was well worth the find. Thanks to Abi for being so gracious and considerate. All of the people I dealt with in addition to Abi (Felix and the financing person)were a pleasure. So, this time, the ending of my car shopping was a positive experience...making future car buying excursions not a thing to be dreaded, knowing that I will go back to Universal Hyundai and Abi in the future. Had a great experience with Robin. I was able to find the vehicle I wanted within the price range I was looking for.
