I contacted Ray through the internet probably 11/2 months before we actually went in he kept in touch with me even though I was undecided about a purchase . We were able to work out a deal with the payment we wanted. He had the vehicle detailed and went over evrything with us even programming radio and most importantly setting up the bluetooth with our cell phones which I am not sure I could ever have done on my on .
