After researching for several weeks on the internet, we decided that the Genesis Coupe was the car for us. The next step was the part we had always dreaded, working with the dealer, however, my wife and I decided that the Genesis Coupe was the car for us. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealer, my wife and I felt like our salesman (Abi) was "on our side". He asked what we believe to have been the perfect questions in order to assist us on which Coupe model to purchase. We were never pressured or rushed into anything, we felt in control thru the whole process. Everything that was promised by Abi was delivered. Cesar (financing) was a joy to work with as well, once again we felt that a member of Universal Hyundai was "on our side". Cesar Robles assisted me with financing and provided an excellent description of the extended warranty service plan and service maintenance plan. I purchased both and don't regret a thing. I have visited the dealership several times for routine maintenance and everyone remembers me and is extremely friendly. In January 2011 I had a part replaced on my car and my warranty covered everything and even paid for a rental for 2 days! It was awesome! I love Universal Hyundai and Nissan! More

Axel was polite and respectful throughout the process of purchasing a used vehicle. He did his best to honor the price I was willing to pay.
