We recently went shopping for a new car. We walked in to Hyundai (this being our first stop along the way) and had a very bad experience. The sales guy was rude and would not listen to us. He informed us that I could only test drive one car that was in my price range. He said he worked off commission and would only let us drive the one we think we would be getting. We wanted to drive both to see what we wanted! Eventually he realized we weren't going to let this happen. We drove both, but he knew nothing about the cars we drove. I knew more then him from my research. We had to go to a different dealer the next day in order to get the service we wanted. More

These guys were friendly and informative. There were not gotchas on the price, although I think I could have gotten a better deal if I haggled more.
