First service performed by Universal Hyundai was excellent. Vehicle's ABS pump was defective and has to be towed to the dealership for warranty repair. I was told the vehicle was rusted (2008 Veracruz) and required $500 to replace the strut covers. They also told me the rear brakes needed replacing. I had the rear brakes replaced and immediately upon exiting the lot, I noticed they were squealing. Returned weeks later to the dealer to have the rear brakes inspected and was told the front brakes needed to be replaced. Vehicle only had less than 43,000 miles. Had the front strut covers replaced and noise continued. Brought my Hyundai to another Hyundai dealer and they properly diagnosed the front noise to the upper control arm bushings and front brakes were perfectly fine. Rear brakes needed to be cleaned. Filed a claim with Hyundai Motors and they reimbursed my costs for the strut covers and covered the costs for the bushings. Repeated calls to the Service Mgr and would not return my calls until I mentioned that I would contact the owner of the Universal. Only then was I told Universal has the best mechanics and service writers and perhaps others were wrong. I will travel the extra miles to get my Hyundai serviced at the other Hyundai dealer in Orlando. More

I'll return here again when I am in the market for another car. More

He had expert knowledge of the vehicle, took time to clearly ascertain what was in my best interest as a new car owner, and ensured delivery of exactly what I wanted and needed. As I said before I purchased another car from Mr. Thomas less than 6 months earlier and I only made the second purchase because of the great experience I had working with Mr. Thomas. If I am in need of another vehicle he will be the first person I call. I have already recommended Mr. Thomas to several friends and family. Additionally, Guillermo from the finance department was a pleasure to work with. It isn't often easy to say when handing over large sums of money that it was a pleasure, but Guillerrmo truly made it pleasurable. Had some problems this time, specifically, bought a used car and did not like the rush to get me out the door with it. That seems like a mission of this play, sell you the car. The used car I received was not adequately detailed and ready for use, was somewhat unclean and untidy, and had only a quarter tank of gas. Plus, they gave me only one key. I recommend that you go slow and don't let them talk you into things you don't need. More
