I choose Universal becaause I bought my previous car there a 2005 XG350. I actually went there about a month ago and that time I was not able to purchase a vehicle. Adam K was a life saver for me, I called and made an appointment and then cancelled I guess I had cold feet. He made me feel very comfortable in stepping into my new car.
