After visiting many Hyundai dealerships in the Central Florida area, this was the only one that I dealt with that had sales managers who weren't cocky and pushy. Generally the sales associates are sweet Florida area, this was the only one that I dealt with that had sales managers who weren't cocky and pushy. Generally the sales associates are sweet as pie, then the manager comes out and the whole mood changes to one of hard sells and arrogant behavior--but that wasn't my experience at Universal. They were all very willing to work with me as much as possible on price and be competitive to the other dealers in the area. I appreciated the forthright attitudes, and was never once spoken down to. As for Ronald Thomas, he is very amiable and gives you the best tutorial on your new car that you could ever need! More
