At the 11th h The story of my attempted HORRENDOUS sales experience with Kevin Mcgill, Dahlia Deida and the General Manager could fill an entire book. At the 11th hour of my sale yesterday well after all had been agreed upon I was contacted by Alex Cortes to close the sale. He advised that Kevin Mcgill never advised the staff of my tradein. I found this quite comical and contradictory as I have every email and text as Kevin Mcgill decided mid sale to communicate via his work cell! Not too smart Kevin... Plus his inital text states your payoff is $------.00 as he called Hyundai Motor Finance to confirm. This place proved to me that there still are SLIME BALL DEALERSHIPS in practice. Even after poor Alex Cortes who was not involved from the beginning advised that his Management was not going to honor the sale and Kevin was at fault, they were absolutley not honoring what Kevin had provided me on 7/17/14 - totally unbelievable!!!!!!!! We even had our Insurance company send them the new idcard. If you want to deal with a dealership that has such bad ethics then rush right over and ask for Kevin Mcgill and Dahlia Deida. This woman even had the nerve to tell me the am prior to all this bs that she wasnt going to tint the vehicle or apply the spoiler till "she had her monies from the sale" get real. If your delivering a vehicle with accessories you do not use extortion tactics nor speak in this manner to a perspective client. I have had many remote deliveries even from out of state on all of my cars delivered to my residences without as much as a deposit ever asked for. This place is truly the bottom of the barrrel - TOTAL T R A S H. Its ok my story goes to every person in the LEGAL FIELD that I have contact with as well as many Florida Hospital employees - Your gonna get great review from us for sure forever! **In the end they did me a huge favor as the out of area dealership that I felt badly about cancelling due to Kevins empty promises delivered the exact car ro my office today 7/18/14 with a better deal. They not only included the tint & spolier but even more importantly did that all with respect and PROFESSIONALISM that this place doesn't even know about. They are in a perfect location with their dealership located on OBT as they are trash! More

When I left not only did I feel comfortable driving my car but I knew how to use every gadget in it! Robert helped us in the financing department, he explained everything in great detail and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing! He was very personable .The customer service didn't stop there! Mike contacted me to let me know if I needed anything, not to hesitate to contact him.
