She did not pressure me into buying it, instead she showed me a couple options based on my explanations and gave me information on all of the cars I said I was interested in. He never left us feeling stranded and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable of the different cars and explained everything well. When it came down to making the best deal we could, he was patient and while presenting us with options, he never tried to get overly aggressive with us. He introduced us to Jacob, who was also very pleasant and attentive to our situation. We got a fair deal for our trade and Anthony guided us through the entire process. Amine in finance, was also pleasant and worked efficiently to finish our car buying experience. I will recommend Universal Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a car. More

I returned for my 2nd purchase BECAUSE of my dealer, John Booth! He is phenomenal!! I cannot say enough good tjings about my experiences working with him on 2 car purchases. Most especially because he cares about you as a person and your specific situation and you never feel like he is just trying to sell you a car for a comission. The time he spends with you is never rushed and he is never pushy. He truly listens to what you say and what you are asking for. I also have always appreciated that John never tries to upsell me or push me into a car that is not good for me or my budget. He has gone over and above to help make deals happen that are in MY best interest. I have always hated car dealerships/dealers and had anxiety over car shopping, but John Booth made it painless and lessened my anxiety. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone shopping for a car (in fact I DO all the time!)! Beyond John specifically, I really like this dealership too. I bought a service package and always had/have my car serviced here.
