I found what I was looking for. Getting exactly what you are looking for, with more luxury and technology than expected, a pleasant buying experience and at a reasonable price is rar Getting exactly what you are looking for, with more luxury and technology than expected, a pleasant buying experience and at a reasonable price is rare but attainable at this dealership, especially if you have done your research and work with Klay Lazo. My elusive goal was to come out of my big Jag into a new mid size car without losing luxury and features, keep an 8 cylinder engine, with a color that seemed to match the car without traveling a long distance to trade. My internet search located the only 2015 Blue Genesis V8 in the area at Universal. I had never driven or even sat in a Hyundai before, but had thoroughly researched the vehicle and a test drive sold me - now to get the numbers right. As is typical, they did not lead with their best offer and there was some back and forth to reach a reasonable agreement. The icing on the cake was the follow through after the papers were signed - Klay was meticulous in seeing that the electronics were properly set up and that I understood the myriad features of my new car. The beauty of Hyundai is that cell phone apps have videos to review features that aren't used frequently or totally new. When I step out of the car and push the lock button on the door handle, the rear view mirrors fold inward, the lights flash goodbye and I'm thinking, "I love it." More

Angels I walked in Universal Hyundai with just the thought of looking for my son a car. I was introduce to the salesman Anthony Hernandez. My first thought is he is to young to be a salesman. I have bought several cars Mr Hernandez was so polite and helpful with the decisions that we had to make. We respected him so much within 2 weeks my entire family bought cars from him. The Manager Mr Jacob Neely came out and assisted us in whatever we needed as well.
