Horrible sales tactics I went in to buy a new car and had my heart set on this perfect car I loved my salesman, however his I guess upper management by the name of Juan Colo I went in to buy a new car and had my heart set on this perfect car I loved my salesman, however his I guess upper management by the name of Juan Colon was probably the rudest and worst salesman I have ever came across. First of all, if I say once that I don't want to sign on a car that day, stop pressuring me. He pressured me to sign on this car probably 10 times or more to the point where I felt very uncomfortable and had texted a friend to call me and tell me we needed to go so I had a reason to leave!! He also made horrible comments that I guess were meant to be a sales tactic. First of all he talked down to me like I was stupid and then proceeded to ask if we didn't have the funds available that day and that's the reason we couldn't purchase. Oh and told me he was going to have to sell the car out from under me if I didn't sign on it. That in my opinion was enough to lose my sale. Cheers to Juan for losing this sale that I was very set on which included a large amount of cash down payment. Yes I am just one person and one customer out of thousands, however I won't ever be recommending this place to anyone to buy a car. The girls at the reception area were also rude and sat there twirling their hair and laughing. Other employees all stood around waiting for something to do and at the time I counted literally 15 employees doing nothing. Not happy at all and sorry to a great salesman who has to work with such terrible upper management and staff. More

I was looking for a more high-tech car with the navigation, push start, keyless entry, A back up camera and Bluetooth. James was able to take me out to the exact car I need it showed me all the details about it, we had a great test drive and he was never pushy when it came to the sale. Which was huge for me since I come with a customer service background. As a single woman there is always a fear that a sales men is out to up sale you but they worked with me on the price until I felt it was the best price. More
