I have been a resident of Florida for many years and I have always been very skeptical to visit the dealerships as I had numerous challenges with the sales consultants as they have “pushy sales tactics”, not knowledgeable on sales, and with no experience to help you get the best deal with the vehicle you desire. Not this time. The process was smooth and Carlos was patient and helpful during the entire process, but he assisted me tremendously in getting the right car with a great deal.
