Great Service! I was assisted by Joel Rivas and Jacob McNeely and had the greatest experience I have ever had while purcahsing a car. Joel Rivas was excellent in all sense of the word. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Before entering the dealer I visited 3 dealers and did not get the same level of professionalism nor knowledge that I received here. To be honest I was not going to buy the vehicle here I was going to buy at a closer dealer to my house but with how great they are I had no choice. Great Job Joel and Jacob. More

He showed me around and was real knowledgeable and passionate about the brand. While looking around we spotted a 2015 Veloster Turbo. A very nice car. Altho I did not end up buying the car, he made me feel welcomed and made the shopping process very enjoyable. I will deffinately be back as soon as I am ready to purchase my first Hyundai. Great Experience! Every time i buy a car, i have this interrogative in mind. Did i made a good deal or not?. well i went to Universal Hyundai and this salesman (Hector Every time i buy a car, i have this interrogative in mind. Did i made a good deal or not?. well i went to Universal Hyundai and this salesman (Hector Riquel) offered me a great and friendly service. we walk around the dealer for about 9 time and tested at least 4 cars. This guy is very helpful and most important he is patience with customer like me. because took me about 3 hours to choose the right car. i know i am an a little undecided person but after all that. the finance process with the bank went very smooth. i do not have best credit score but for first time i am sure i made a great deal with low interest and low payments. i'm so happy with my new car and i recommend this dealer to my brother and best friend they also got a great deal.
