Marissa went above and beyond to help me get out in time to pick my son up which was so incredible. I got my car fixed and made it to my son in time, which I didn't expect because usually service at your de to pick my son up which was so incredible. I got my car fixed and made it to my son in time, which I didn't expect because usually service at your dealership is a nightmare where you have to give 3 or more hours away to get even an oil change. Marissa is amazing!!! She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, just all around great!! I was actually planning on selling my car and not getting another Hyundai just because tour service dept is so bad with scheduling but if I can always have Marissa, I might consider another Hyundai.
