I was there two weeks ago for an oil change, and it was identified that my horn needed a replacement. Carlos informed me, scheduled me an appointment for today to have it replaced. The appointment was comp identified that my horn needed a replacement. Carlos informed me, scheduled me an appointment for today to have it replaced. The appointment was completed and Carlos informed me that the horn was fixed in my previous appointment. He attempted to provide me my previous appointments documentation, and I had to request for today to be logged. I was very disappointed and Carlos failed to even apologize for this error. Regardless if it was miscommunication or oversight, he is the customer facing associate for your facility and failed to apologize and acknowledge the error, and my request for today to be documented was even a hassle for him. I took time away from my school schedule and wasted time today, and even a simple apology would have been impactful, but he fails to accept responsibility, fails at communication skills, and lacks organization of administrative duties. I have asked him multiple questions throughout my time of scheduled maintenance visits and he lacks devotion of customer service, providing examples like 'I don't know'. He even read me my paper, examined it in my previous appointment and dint catch that the horn was fixed. He's very dismissive and his bias is questionable in his work ethic. I'll never be back. More
