The entire sales team was supportive and not your typical pushy sales force. Greg had to search to find the exact vehicle that we wanted and was able to do so in a timely fashion. The service team was great and walked us through their shop while explaining their services. The detail shop was very impressive. The vehicle had some small scratches from transporting it to the dealership and the detail shop far exceeded my expectations and made the car look amazing. We had the Simoniz Glasscoat product applied and can't believe the look it gives the car. Completely satisfied with the entire experience. More

Used Cadilllac Purchase Overall, we did not have a positive buying experience. The building itself seems very outdated. The sales manager, Joe, seemed unmotivated and unwill Overall, we did not have a positive buying experience. The building itself seems very outdated. The sales manager, Joe, seemed unmotivated and unwilling to negotiate. The accountant doing our paperwork to close the deal was not friendly. I also was told to just stop the service center the following Monday to have the front license plate holder put on the car. Tena said she would call them and let them know I would be in after work. I then discovered that the oil life on my car was down to 0%. Who sells a luxury car without checking the oil life.?? Then when I did stop by on Monday after work, no-one had called to tell them I would be coming, and they didn't have enough staff to put on the license plate holder OR change the oil. I had to come back two days later. Very disappointing and frustrating for my first luxury car purchase. I would have to really think hard about buying from here again. More

We wanted Brownstone Metallic in color and they had trouble locating one, so we elected to order. 2 weeks later, they had located one out of state, and did a 3 way deal to get us this truck. We are very impressed with the dealership and the professionalism of our salesman, Nate, and Matt McComb, who is in management there. More
