The fellow who met me when I drove into the shop called me by name, then met me at the counter, came to get me from the waiting lounge, and took my payment when done.
This is no reflection on Jenny, but I had to pay my $100 deductible twice cuz it took 2 visits to fix the same problem & that is xxxxxxxxx!!!
Spencer always takes great care of us when we are in the need for a new vehicle. He is always friendly and efficient with my time which i what i like.
Chuck got me into the service center to get my Silverado 6.2 in for its recall test on the 6.2. Church has been my service writer for several years and has always done a great job taking care of us.
