I would never get a car from here again. The carfax report showed nothing on there then days later my car started acting up. I took it to where the warranty department set me up an appointme The carfax report showed nothing on there then days later my car started acting up. I took it to where the warranty department set me up an appointment. I went back about 2-3 times & then a few weeks later they finally did a diagnosis test & found so much wrong with the car. I went to show the manager at the dealership & he said there's nothing he could do. Even when my car was acting up before I took it days after & nothing was done & still now nothing has been done about it. Not a happy customer. I'm not the only person who had this same issue. More
The customer service as far as locally is good. It’s the customer service when speaking with a live rep over the phone to make a payment. I called 3 times to try to make a payment but one of the reps kept h customer service when speaking with a live rep over the phone to make a payment. I called 3 times to try to make a payment but one of the reps kept hanging up on me. I felt like it was due to it almost being 5pm. You guys should update the way payments are process. What I mean by that is once you guys give us the 24 hour additional time to use the vehicle and when make our payment after the office has closed, the system should still be able to update seeing that a payment has been made because it causes a lot of inconvenience for people especially the ones that have to go to work the next day but can’t use their own vehicle because y’all disabled it after the 24 hour grace period which is a very BIG inconvenience!!!! More
During this pandemic they have refused to work with me. My job was affected by covid 19 and I was out of work. They provided no help. I have paid my car payment excellent. But when I needed a week extension they turned my car off.... my only form of transportation to my new job. Just horrible customer service. I will never purchase another car here. More

She asked me if she could help and I informed that I wanted to see Ms. Lisa Jones. She graciously directed me to her desk. I was greeted by Lisa with a warm hug and an excited hello. I really appreciate when I am recognized by a group of individuals I have done business with previously. The whole gang was there, Dwight, Eric, Aldra, and two people that I had not met before: which were Kenneth Evans and Glenn Crawford. They also took time out to give me a sincere greeting: the introduction was led by Lisa. I informed Lisa that I was looking for a reliable vehicle for my oldest son and we needed it "yesterday". There was no time wasted (by the US Auto Sales Team Columbus GA) team led by Lisa and Dwight to get him in a vehicle that would be suitable for his needs and budget. I had been really stressing about my son having reliable transportation to his new job that is at least a 45 minute drive from where we live. We couldn't have been more fortunate. Just hours before my Son had to report to work on that Saturday, a deal was in place and we were called to come sign our paperwork. Again, US Auto Sales Columbus GA came through for my family in our time of dire need. We are really grateful to the entire staff and proud of all their hard work and efforts. More
