A great experience from beginning to end My experience started with a mail delivery for the day. When I retrieved the mail from my mailbox, there was a magazine type advertising from US Auto Sales and most importantly there was a coupon for $500 off purchase price. That intrigued me right away. My family and I have been sharing one car for the last three and a half months. We were finally ready to make a new purchase, and I was in the process of looking for reputable dealerships with late modeled, low-mileage, reliable vehicles for people who have special circumstances. After previewing the brochure advertisement for US Auto Sales, I called the 1-800 that is listed to find out more. The phone call was answered by a very lovely lady named Karen Roberts. I was impressed by the sincerity and calmness of her tone. She made me feel at ease as, I questioned her about the ability to get financed while in chapter 13 Bankruptcy. After she gathered my information, she assured me that someone from the location closest to me would contact me before the day was over. She emailed me what items I would need to take with me, if I decided to visit their dealership. An hour or so later, I received a phone call from another amazing woman by the name of Lisa Jones. She was so kind and she took the type to find out what my needs were. After speaking for a few minutes she informed me that she would text me her business card. I told her that I would be there before they closed for the day. When I arrived to US Auto Sales, I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in. I introduced myself and Lisa introduced herself as well and invited me to have a sit at her desk. She has a wonderful personality and we hit it off right away. After going over a few details about my situation, she assured me that US Auto Sales would be able to meet my car buying needs. I told her that I waiting on the funds for a down payment and that I would call her that Monday or Tuesday when the funds were available. As promised on that Monday morning, I called Lisa directly on her cell. She informed me that she was not in the office, but her co-worker Dwight Copeland would be glad to help me. I called and spoke with Dwight and he gathered some information over the phone. I browsed the online inventory for the Columbus GA location and I promised Dwight that I would be at the location by 11:30 that morning. After meeting him face to face and confirming with him the accuracy of my application, it was submitted for approval. During the entire process, I was in contact with Lisa Jones via text message. She and Dwight worked as a team to get me in a vehicle that would meet the needs of me and my family. While waiting on the approval, I left to run some errands and grab lunch. Before I could grab lunch, Dwight called me back to let me know that I had been approved. After going by to the dealership to pick out a vehicle and test drive, there was only a few more administrative things to take care of before I could take delivery of my new ride. I love the fact that US Auto Sales allows what I called a "staggered" down payment option. Example (on that day, I put a $1,050.00 down and over the next 30 days I will pay the remaining $1000.00). That is just great option. Dwight worked diligently alongside of me to get the approval letter from the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee's office. The approval letter was ready the next day. Lisa was back in the office. After we conversed about my soon to be new ride, she went over my closing checklist with me. Russell prepared my final contract and registration paperwork gave and then gave me the very detailed closing. He was very thorough and explained each portion to me. I had a very clear understanding of my contract obligations and the obligations that the 30 day warranty and the extended warranty specified. By 11:45 a.m., that Tuesday, I was a new owner of a 2014 Ford Fusion and it is very nice. I am very happy with my purchase and I am happy with the service. An awesome team!!!
