I had the opportunity to return to my home town Ford Dealership ( Twin State Ford ) and purchased my new F - 150 pickup which ended up having all the accessories, exact color and body style I was looking for. The entire staff at Twin State worked very hard to go the extra mile and earn my business again as a repeat customer, and make sure I was 100 % satisfied with the price and the overall purchase. I was unfortunately dealing with the passing of a very close loved one in my family at the time. James and the entire staff were very supportive and said they wanted to work around my schedule. They new my family came first and did not want to add any stress to the situation at all , but rather were extremely helpful in every way they could be. More

Excellent I brought my car and left it. I was going to call later in the morning to see if someone could take a look at the car because I was hearing a strange I brought my car and left it. Before I could call, I received a phone call (7:15am) from Charlie and he left a message asking what was the problem. I called back at 7:30 and spoke to Chris. I explained the problem and Chris said that someone could look at the car in the afternoon. Later in the day I called and Chris told me that they did some tests and took the car for some test drives. Chris said the mechanic didn't find anything alarming or concerning. I was very happy that Charlie and Chris were so prompt with their communication and helpful with their information, and of course the hour an half of service work! More
