This dealership is very nice, well designed and a comfortable place to be. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They are always making sure you taken care of and that you help yourself to the comfortable place to be. Everyone is very friendly and professional. He gave the utmost attention to all my questions and concerns. Due to dust from construction he had my new car washed twice the day we picked it up and then put it in a bay inside to keep it clean. Also after spending a decent amount of time there our truck was covered in dust and dirt. When I asked if they could rinse it off, Marcelo jumped on it. He immediately took my truck to their washbay and had it shined up. I was really pleased as my wife was going to drive it and it was so dusty you could hardly see out of it. I had a great experience at the Twin Falls dealership and if they would have given me an insulated coffee mug to go with my new car this would be a 10 star place. Jayson. More

Ordered and purchased a 2022 Subaru outback wilderness that I just love. Nestor was extremely helpful with the ordering, took my calls when I called to check on it and kept me up to date on status when i that I just love. Nestor was very thorough with making sure everything was installed on the car I purchased and still checks in with me to see if I have any questions or concerns. My experience was positive until it got to the pricing and paperwork of my new vehicle, once I was there to pick it up. They tried twice to charge a higher amount than first quoted (higher by $2100! and e and paperwork of my new vehicle, once I was there to pick it up. They tried twice to charge a higher amount than first quoted (higher by $2100! and even more than that above MSRP) when we were finalizing paperwork. The also lowered the promised amount of my trade-in by $1000, and almost forgot twice to deduct the deposit I had initially made from the total amount owed. Ultimately, quite disappointing and disheartening. More
