Subaru has made some significant improvements, which I for one appreciate. Dan was very knowledgeable about the products, and answered all of my questions. I have been buying and leasing Subarus from Twin City since 1991 and have always used their service department. I have never been disappointed by anything in dealing with them. They are honest, good natured, thorough, professional, and customer-centered. Clearly this is a business that puts the customer first in so many ways whether in the sales or service area. Recently, I came in to respond to a letter about my lease which still had some months to go on it. Jim Glassford took wonderful care of me! From the beginning of the conversation till two days later when I drove my new Outback off the lot, Jim created a comfortable, professional, enjoyable and caring process for me. I was so impressed with what he wrote for my deal that I immediately called my husband, and he also had the same experience with Jim under circumstances of a significant time crunch to seal the deals by the end of the month. John Henning and Jim went the extra mile to locate the exact car I wanted at a dealership 2 hours away, and they got it there by the time of my appointment to finish the paperwork. That is just the apex of customer service, and it made me feel very special. I will continue to be a part of the Subaru and Twin City families, and I do mean that word literally, until my driving days are over. More

My experience at Twin State Subaru was great! Tony helped me find the car I wanted and made sure I knew and understood all aspects of the car. The packet they gave me, included all the records along with information about the dealership itself. They worked very efficent and all the members of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly. (The ONLY negative issue I had was the dealership's fault, not Joe's - I was bummed that they wouldn't take off the old hitch I had had recently installed from my trade-in without billing me. It would have been a nice gesture to either roll into the cost of the car, or not bill me for at all. It would have been less than a half hour for labor, ($40 they were going to bill me) which is nothing to them but not much less than what I was probably going to be able to sell it for, so it would have been a wash out for me). But, given the awesome price of the car, all in all, I am super happy with my new-to-me Subaru which I bought for below the KBB value. My financing took a day to go through, and Joe was super helpful and patient. Thanks! More

He was thorough in his explanations of new features and improvements over past models, and his manner is extremely relaxed, friendly, and un-assuming. He was responsive to our financing requests, and he and the sales manager worked to help us come to an affordable and agreeable payment. I feel that he has gone above and beyond my expectations for customer service in sales and follow through. I have had three years of experience with the service department at Twin City,and I find them to be excellent in both quality of work and courtesy with customers. I have had a very enjoyable experience with the sales and service team at Twin City Subaru. More
