I'm happy to write a very favorable review for my recent car purchase at Twin City Subaru. My work with Paul Walsh as a salesman and Matthew Cappetta, F&I Manager was excellent. Better than expected. I had been looking for a Certified Used Subaru Forester for several months and was pleased that I reached out to another dealership beyond the one closest to my home. I went online and noticed that Paul had very positive reviews, so I selected him as the point person to connect with. I had found a particular vehicle online in their inventory and Paul helped me move forward with my decision making process. Once determined to be the vehicle of choice, Matt did a terrific job explaining all the paperwork related to the financials of my purchase. He made that portion of the task understandable and agreeable. I appreciate all that went into this transaction and again thank Paul and Matt. More
A now (very happy) third time Subaru owner, I recently purchased a new Outback Touring XT. My 2013 3.6R Outback was over 155,000 miles and I really wanted to hit 200k on it, but things happened. I was i purchased a new Outback Touring XT. My 2013 3.6R Outback was over 155,000 miles and I really wanted to hit 200k on it, but things happened. I was in a pinch. The XT was all the way in Vermont while I live in Connecticut...turned out not be an issue at all! Luckily I had some work to do in Vermont the day after contacting Jose and Oliver Dylan Otis at Twin CIty. They handled all the parts on their end as if I were across the desk from them. Never really would have thought that a sight-unseen car purchase without a dealer visit would go so well., The day after I contacted them I filled out my credit app, and sent the needed things like license, current registration and insurance. A deliver driver, Cinder (short for Cindy), met me where I was in Vermont just one day after. SO...within two days I was in a new car I needed. NO pressure even with them knowing the position I was in. Thank you TC Team! More

Warranty work problems I did not buy my car here, but had to get extensive work done to it because of issues with my new Subaru that was only 2 years old. It was a 1 week jo I did not buy my car here, but had to get extensive work done to it because of issues with my new Subaru that was only 2 years old. It was a 1 week job, ended up taking almost a month. This dealer does not check their loaner vehicles interior at all before they give them out for use. After much longer than expected I got the car back, it was sitting out front all ready to go, I assumed. I was told that I was called and informed the car was done, which was a lie. I had to go to the dealership and go in myself because it is impossible to reach a human being over the phone. As I was being shown the car, I noticed a couple of small marks, then started to notice more. Paint transfer, from a black car, scuffs on the bumper from when it was removed, oil smear on the paint. Plastic trim that was not reattached put in plain view. A random bolt just sitting on my windshield. Then the interior. Scratch marks from the dash being removed. A small chip on the touch screen from it being dropped. The steering wheel was not on straight (had to drive with it sideways). And the final kicker, Subaru’s beep when locking/unlocking, at least ours used to. Not anymore, and they just told us “yeah we can’t turn it back on, sorry.” And left us with it. Generally just didn’t seem like the same car I bought new off the lot a year ago. The technicians here do not seem to care, and neither does the service manager. I did not buy the car here, only had it worked on because I live closer to this dealer. and I certainly regret bringing it in. After finding my car in worse condition when I got it back than when I brought it in, I cut my losses and traded it in for a nicer car at a dealership that I know is decent. My review is 2 stars, I added a star because Dan Royea in service was great the whole time, was easy to work with, helped us where he could, and it was not his fault that the technicians here do not know what they are doing. But because of the awful way the car was treated I cannot say anything else good about this place. More

Terrible service and mgmt is useless Service department is terrible. For 11 months was having issues with my car and they kept stating they couldn't find out why... Turns out there was so Service department is terrible. For 11 months was having issues with my car and they kept stating they couldn't find out why... Turns out there was something sent to all Subaru dealers in January 2018 about the issue I was having... I had to take it to another subaru dealer and they new of this issue and corrected it... I say get rid of the unqualified techs and service people and hire ones that know what they are doing. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone not even for an oil change. As far as mgmt they did nothing!!! Said they would call never did. More
