Frankie was incredibly rude, dismissive, aggressive, and combative. I have seen many other reviews mentioning him by name, so I really expected a better experience. He is lucky these cars sell themselves, because if it was up to him, they would have trouble. Having worked in customer service for 20 years, I was appalled as Frankie's attitude and lack of care. It's obvious that the current sales market provides enough momentum for Frankie that he doesn't have to care about any individual buyer. I did end up purchasing a vehicle today, but not a Subaru and not at Twin City. This is why it's important to come armed with a plan whenever you visit a dealer, and be prepared to stick to it to the point of walking out. Instead of getting abused by Frankie, I had a fantastic shopping experience at 802 Honda just down the road and drove home in a beautiful new CRV. More

The first time I dealt with Dylan it was obvious I wasn’t talking to the average car salesman. I’m very wary of dealerships due to misrepresentation and poor service over the years. He is very knowledgeable about the product and was not pushy whatsoever. Any questions I had were well answered before and after the purchase. He was just as concerned about me having the right vehicle and features as I was. He even touched base here and there over the past few years just to see how things were going as well as to wish me a Happy Birthday or wish me well on a holiday. I got the perfect car for me at the time and because of the excellent service, follow up, and personality... I just got my new Outback from him. By the way, it is a fantastic vehicle! He’s an awesome guy and takes the time to get to know you as well. I’ve referred other people there who’ve purchased and are just as happy.
