We are very sorry for the difficulty you had in scheduling your appointment. We recently made a change in our internal communication system, and this caused there to be significant issues with properly handing any online scheduling communications for approximately 2 weeks. The issue has since been corrected. In the interest of making this right, we have reached out to try and get an appointment scheduled at the earliest possible time and to see what other actions can be taken to try and make this a convenient transaction after all of the difficulties leading up to it.
