No Navigation when that was my #1 priority After an extremely long time waiting for the deal to be finalized and the paperwork started, I received the leased vehicle with no navigation chip and After an extremely long time waiting for the deal to be finalized and the paperwork started, I received the leased vehicle with no navigation chip and not connected to blue link. Additionally, they forgot to get my husband's signature on one of the documents and continue to harass us to get him to come back to the dealership and in the meantime, we've been calling regarding the navigation chip that could easily be sent to us but no one at the dealership is willing to help us get this installed unless we come to them. Life is busy and it's just a pain that they provided a product to me that was not finalized and now it's my responsibility to chase them down. More

I haven't always had a great experience here but I did this A couple years ago I leased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis based on a promise from the salesman (Alex Ahkhaven (don't know if I spelled it correctly) that whe A couple years ago I leased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis based on a promise from the salesman (Alex Ahkhaven (don't know if I spelled it correctly) that when the new Genesis arrived he would move me into one with no price penalty. In fact, that turned out to be a lie. he was more interested in selling one car than building a long term relationship and waiting a few months to win my business. This was very disheartening since I had introduced him to other customers who had bought a car from him. I pledged not to return to Irvine Tuttle-Click Hyundai for my next purchase. However, while getting my car serviced once, the service manager, Brian Heusser really took a personal interest in making sure I was satisfied with the warranty work that was being done and won back my loyalty. I also met and engaged in a relationship with Seon Kim who happens to be a terrific guy and kept in touch with me. When there was a special promotion on the new Genesis, which Mr. Kim knew OI really wanted, he called me on the phone and we made a deal. He was polite, friendly and made the buying process very easy. I would like to personally say thank you to Seon and also to Brian Heusser. Service Managers are usually the guys who just take the brunt of a customers lack of satisfaction. But Brian makes you want to be a customer. The combination of Mr. Kim and Mr. Heusser will keep me coming back for my next Genesis for years to come. More
