Purchased a new vehicle. Process was AAA from beginning to end. Explanations were clear and all questions answered.
I have experienced significant challenges with the service provided at this dealership, leading to regret regarding my vehicle purchase. Since acquiring my car, I have encountered numerous issues, and the dealership has shown a lack of responsiveness. During visits to the dealership, I have observed staff sitting idly, displaying a lack of engagement with incoming and outgoing customers. On one occasion, I had to approach the service desk seeking assistance after waiting for 20 minutes outside the designated service area.
Furthermore, the dealership's provision of only one-way transportation through Lyft has proven inconvenient, necessitating additional expenses for the return journey. It is worth noting that the service concern relates to a Hyundai recall. I express the hope that improvements in service quality will be realized in the future.
Sales team is absolutely horrendous at providing customer care and communication, we all know how difficult things can be with an infant to align schedules and get prepped for a possible long day at a dealership to buy a vehicle.
Ron- double booked us on a used car- knowing we were on the way and our 7 month old kept us up all night ( I provided plenty of communication and ETA) only to show up 5 minutes past the other couple. They literally told us “sorry there’s nothing we can do” even though we were in communication for over 24 hours with him! Blair also insisted it was a “first come first serve” after the fact, backing up his employee like we were the ones at fault here.
Thank you for wasting our time coming to you, it not only cost us that one vehicle but another one that was a bit further that we could have made it to in time had we not been shafted by you.

Bought a genesis from this dealer in august, right away the car has braking issues that I didn’t notice during test drive. i used their texting service to schedule an appointment on 3 different occasions and was told that someone would reach out to me for an appointment but they never did. about a month goes by then I’m starting to have steering wheel and alignment issues so I make the call to the service department for an appointment. HERES THE BEST PART!: I called to make an appointment to have my car looked at and the guy says that they are booked out for a month and a half and I should contact another dealership. I then told him that I would just like to make the appointment at their dealership instead and he literally says “yeah no I can’t do that… we would rather someone come in at that time that is actually gonna come” after i picked my jaw up off of the floor I said “if I need to cancel the appointment I will, but I would rather have one just in case” he then says “yeah no we can’t do that.. just call the dealer in laguna niguel”. he literally wouldn’t give me the appointment even though I did not mind waiting. are you guys serious?!? so then I call the next dealership and make an appointment which goes well but as soon as I brought up how I will need a loaner (which I was promised to have with the $5k warranty I purchased) she got annoyed immediately and let me know I’m gonna have a mileage limit which is less than what my daily commute is. c‘mon guys, this is not the service that I would expect from buying a vehicle at this price point. I spent a lot of money at your dealership for this car and this is NOT cool. thank god I love the car as much as I do because it does compensate for the absolutely terrible experiences I am having with this dealership. if you want a Hyundai or a genesis, please go anywhere else literally.
Service department was extremely rude, inpatient, not helpful at all and never really showed interest in helping me out. That’s the result of cheap training. Sincerely don’t recommend this dealership at all, just go to Tustin or some other place.
