Wrecked my car and won't return my calls. I had a 2012 Hyundai that I was going to trade in one a new car. When they were inspecting it for the trade it was noted that the top portion of the d I had a 2012 Hyundai that I was going to trade in one a new car. When they were inspecting it for the trade it was noted that the top portion of the digits on the odometer was not displaying. The dealer I was trading it to asked me to take it over and have that repaired; it was under warranty. Everything was great until I picked up the car and the odometer read 0 miles. Without telling me under factory warranty service replaced the odometer. This means the title of the car has to have the "not actual" box checked on the title. This cuts the value of the car in half. Tuttle-CLick Hyundai who did the repair would not even offer me a price on the car after they fixed it. Sales wouldn't help me; the told me they don't even do their own work and directed me to repair. They also said I should try CarMax and "make sure and show them the orange sticker" that repair had put on. The CarMax guys were very nice but they wouldn't buy the car either because "we can't put it on the lot". Repair won't help me; they just direct me to the service manager. He won't answer the phone or call me back. No response, no help, no acknowledgement of the issue. I have lost thousands of dollars because of the factory warranty repair and no one will even take my call. Avoid Avoid Avoid. More
