Poor service I contacted Tuttle Click Hyundai because I got a recall notice that I could have an oil pan leak and they would need to check it out. Without looking I contacted Tuttle Click Hyundai because I got a recall notice that I could have an oil pan leak and they would need to check it out. Without looking at my car, they told me they would have to order a part (couldn’t they have done this ahead of time when I made the service call? They knew the issue and had my VIN number) and I would need to come back. I came back and after they installed the part, I was told they had to order another part (an oil pan!) and I would have to come back again! I asked why they didn’t inspect my car the first time I brought it in (since the recall was about the oil pan) and then they could have ordered both parts and everything would be done in two visits. He said it was “easier this way.” Easier for whom? Not me! I brought it in for the 3rd time in two weeks and was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. Three hours later, I finally had my car! More
