Tustin Mazda and Tony Mattingly has taken great care of my vehicles, keeping me up to date with my needed services, and keeping me informed with respect to the remaining services on my prepurchased service my vehicles, keeping me up to date with my needed services, and keeping me informed with respect to the remaining services on my prepurchased service plan. I take my car to him and only him since 2018 but from what I can tell, the other service consultants are equally adept at taking care of your car. Would purchase from this dealer a third time if needed More

Tony has wonderful customer service and let me know that I was charged a 4th tire when there is a promotion going on ( buy 3 get the 4th tire for a $1 ) by another Mazda location., I contacted the other lo I was charged a 4th tire when there is a promotion going on ( buy 3 get the 4th tire for a $1 ) by another Mazda location., I contacted the other location and they reimbursed me for the 4th tire. Had a great experience with my service rep Dyan. Once again Tustin Mazda just crushes it with transparency honesty and accommodation. They listen and respect the customer and their situation. Yes. But you get what you pay for. As far as Dylan he is the modern version of a a service rep. Smart funny and real. This is a guy who could probably do a lot of things but John Patterson got him. Which doesn’t surprise me because at the end of the day it’s about people. And A players hire other A players. Best dealership in the county. Not even close. More

Josh was phenomenal. I was greeted promptly and he was prepared for my appointment by having a loaner car available and ready to go.
