Tustin Mazda is the best dealership I have ever used. I have had many and they cannot compare to this place and personnel!!!! It feels more like I’m going to a spa than to get my car serviced. Greg who greets you is the nicest man and very knowledgeable and helpful! The person who helps you is polite helpful and professional no matter who they are every time. They are spot on for your wait time or if you need transportation. The film from the mechanic is wonderful! I love this place and the people who work here! It just does NOT get any better! Thank you! I had a brake issue on my 2014 Mazda. My normal repair shop quoted a lot of work. We contacted Tustin Mazda and they advised some Of the work was unnecessary and quoted is a great pric My normal repair shop quoted a lot of work. We contacted Tustin Mazda and they advised some Of the work was unnecessary and quoted is a great price. I dropped the car and the service technician keep me informed via text messages and phone calls. Plus they sent a video of the diagnostic check. And the car was done ON TIME. Plus pick up was quick and easy. Excellent job alma around. (Only thing I wished is that they still did washes when your car went in for service. ) More
