The best dealership that I’ve ever been to. The buying experience was great. The service is fantastic. Of course, I took advantage of the two oil changes that came with the purchase. But that was such a percent experience that I have kept coming back. It’s a 40 minute drive and I could get a synthetic oil change with a bit less cost, but the quality is worth it. The customer service stands out for many reasons. First, everyone is friendly. Add to that, over the top communication. A video of the work that was done!! I’m very pleased. More

I recently purchased a Mazda mx-5 from Tustin Mazda. My sales person was very friendly and knew everything about the car. There was no pressure. I recently went in for my first service and while waiting My sales person was very friendly and knew everything about the car. There was no pressure. I recently went in for my first service and while waiting in the beautiful lounge I watched a video of the mechanic doing a thorough check of the entire car. To my surprise the mx-5 was also washed and cleaned! Tustin Mazda also offers some free service when you buy a car. The whole team are the nicest people I have met at a dealership. I bought my Mazda 6 here over 8 years ago and it's still going strong. The main reason I keep coming back is the service. Tony Mattingly is my service advisor, with an occasional assist from Elle Cervantes. going strong. The main reason I keep coming back is the service. I love the fact that they offer a free Lyft ride to work, so I don't have to wait for my car. The video that they send is extremely helpful, as I usually send it to a couple different people to review, just to be sure. In all the years coming here, not once have I ever felt "taken." More
