I purchased a certified used vehicle from Tustin Mazda a few years back and recently had an issue with my door handle. I authored an email to the dealership’s owner John Patterson. John was responsive to my few years back and recently had an issue with my door handle. I authored an email to the dealership’s owner John Patterson. John was responsive to my issue as he had a service person contact me the very next morning stating that despite the issue being out of warranty he hey would cover the repair as it was definitely an unusual issue. When I took my vehicle for the repair I ran into John near the customer waiting area. I approached him to shake his hand and thanked him for his responsiveness personally. He thanked me for my patronage and apologized for the issue - just a good, humble guy despite being the owner of the dealership with more pressing issues I’m sure. Additionally, Damian my Service Advisor and Mike the Service Manager were top notch throughout my entire repair. Their caring nature and attentiveness for their customers makes me keep coming back. Thr dealership as a whole are highly recommend from purchase to repair of your vehicle. More
