Josh was quick and very professional in explaining all the issues and fixes for my car. He told me all the issues with my vehicle and how they can be solved and even let us know what needed to be taken ca the issues and fixes for my car. He told me all the issues with my vehicle and how they can be solved and even let us know what needed to be taken care of right away and what could be done on our next maintenance since it was pretty costly since my previous dealer I used to take my car to for service, Tuttle Click in Irvine, did absolutely nothing to inform me or teach me what needs to be done to a car as it approaches 70k miles. So I applaud Josh in his sincerity to help his customers understand their cars better and his helpfulness is something that is rare and should not be overlooked. I would recommend him as a service advisor and this dealership for services as they are honest and trustworthy in making sure your vehicle is well taken care of. More
