So disappointed in their service. Had the same problem for two years - but it never was fixed. Once it came off warranty they wanted $60 to repair it. I love my Mazda CX-5. I had my first 4500 mile service. The technician texted me video clips of him working on my car. Very cool. When I arrived for my service, Exceptional service and lovely employees! I've been nothing but impressed by everything Tustin Mazda has had to offer. When I arrived for my service, Greg met me at the gate with an unbeat attitude! He was welcomeing and guided me to the appropriate service representatives. Yasmine and Dylan assisted me at the counter. They were both very pleasant to work with and made the experience very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video recording of my cars service. I absolutely love this feature!! Alec was very detailed in his description and was easy to understand though the recording! Highly recommend ppl purchasing and servicing your vehicles at this location!! More
