I was greeted with a friendly “good morning” from Greg-he was quick to get my service request going. Damien was very professional , had a pleasant personality & handled my service request in a timely manner was quick to get my service request going. Damien was very professional , had a pleasant personality & handled my service request in a timely manner including keeping me updated on my car status. While waiting in the beautiful lounge (coffee maker was the best) , walked in Charles P., (he handled my car purchase back in April,) remembered me and I was greeted with his warm smile & a “hi, good to see you.” This location is why I always brag to family & friends about the great employees Tustin Mazda has. Amazing place!! More

Elle was the very dedicated customer support staff who I have met in US even compared to other type of businesses. She offered me a newest courtesy car during the transmission replacement, a bottle of water have met in US even compared to other type of businesses. She offered me a newest courtesy car during the transmission replacement, a bottle of water when I was coughing, and even kept a stuff I left behind. She changed my impression on Mazda completely in a positive way. I WILL BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF MAZADA FOR SURE. More
