I wasn't really interested in buying a car as soon as i did but the customer service and their financing options made it very easy. I called the dealership on a friday evening not sure if mazda was really what I wanted. I spoke to Jeff and asked what type of specials Mazda had going on the 3 series. I ended up going in that night and test drove a thee hatch back. Car was great now came the issue of my trade in. The used car manager looked at my old jeep and gave me some fair numbers. I told Jeff I would needed a night to think about. I have to say it is nice to work with a salesmen who sees value in not pushing a customer to make a large purchase right away. I returned the next night and purchased the 3hatchback. The whole experience took about two hours everyone involved was friendly and polite. It has been a few months since I have bought my car but I must say that the experience I had at Tustin Mazda has been a positive one and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda just walk in and ask for Jeff. First and foremost, the BEST DEALER IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA! Here was my situation: I went to numerous dealerships that kept declining me, not because i had bad credit, but because i had 1 vehi CALIFORNIA! Here was my situation: I went to numerous dealerships that kept declining me, not because i had bad credit, but because i had 1 vehicle already in my name with my father as a co-signer and informed all dealerships that he was going to be taking over the payments. I didn't want to be taken off of the lease because i didn't want to go through the hassle and wanted to do my best to help my dad out. Well, when i thought all hope was loss, Tustin called me and said they would like to try to help me out. I thought i'd give them a shot and the service when i walked in was exceptional! Everybody there treated me as if i were a family member! I wasn't there very long and they said i could take the car home that day and wait for an answer to see if the banks approve. Jim(sales associate) called me this morning and said i got APPROVED! I was so happy and could not ask for another dealership to work with! Jim, Eric and Heidi all have great personalities and are willing to do all they can to help anyone out! It didn't really feel like i was at a dealership to be honest.
