After doing some initial research I visited Tustin Mazda and met Jeff for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. He was very helpful and not at all high pressure. He offered a test drive and he was very helpful in describing the features while letting me enjoy the pleasure of driving the Mazda 3. When I took it on the test drive, it had 6 miles on it. I did additional research and determined that I wanted to narrow the choices to the Mazda and Jeff made a very good offer and we were also able to handle the trade-in with a lot less worry than expected. It was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend Jeff and the staff at Tustin Mazda. They are engaged with the community and very hospitable providing many special services and details. His quote was extremely competitive and he clearly wanted my business. I drove to the dealership, completely anticipating some hidden costs or other underhanded stuff. No Way! James and his staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my wife and I. They completed all of the paperwork in no more than 1 1/2 hours. No funny business.
