The service providers for my past two visits, Rick and Dennis, have been very professional and courteous with my two Lexus vehicles. Ever since the new management took over, many improvements have been observed, including faster servicing times and, initially, more reasonable and affordable service fees for proposed items. However, my experiences during my latest visits in mid-May and early June this year were not as promising, as I felt I was being overcharged each time for maintenance on my 2013 and 2018 Lexus vehicles. The exorbitant maintenance fees have slowly pushed my household to reconsider owning more Lexus vehicles. More
