Tustin Lexus - Service Center

Was provided loaner car, but was told it should be ready about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I decided to stay in the area, as home was over 40 minutes away. Came back to dealership about 3 hours later and didn’t get about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I decided to stay in the area, as home was over 40 minutes away. Came back to dealership about 3 hours later and didn’t get car for over another hour. Total time was about 4 hours. Too much wasted time. All employees were very apologetic, but would rather them tell me to pick up tomorrow. Previous appointment was another delayed time. More

I was sent a discount coupon in a email for a synthetic oil and filter change for $59.95 but when I got to the dealer the price was $69.95. It was explained that the lower price was for a 4-cylinder engin oil and filter change for $59.95 but when I got to the dealer the price was $69.95. It was explained that the lower price was for a 4-cylinder engine and I have a V6. No where in the coupon did it specify a difference in the number of cylinders in the engine. So the dealer nicked me for an extra $10. I guess that’s just how they roll these days. More
