I had the best purchase experience ever at Tustin Lexus! From our salesperson Rex to our F&I manager Paymon, the whole transaction went smoothly. I came in at a time when Rex had just stepped out to grab lunch, but the front desk gave him a call and he went right back to the dealership. I felt guilty but really appreciated the level of customer service there! Rex was personable, a straight-shooter, and didn't employ any high pressure sales tactics. Paymon was quick and efficient, and most importantly, ensured I felt comfortable with any questions about the paperwork I was signing. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Tustin Lexus, thanks again y'all! More

Bobby and Alex provided excellent service and made my experience a great one! Ive been to 2 other dealerships prior and they were all bad experiences, however I was recommended to coming to Tustin throug experience a great one!
