I have been taking my car to this dealership for maintenance on my Nexo. David has been a great service advisor every time. He keeps me updated and notified me of what I can expect in the coming mon maintenance on my Nexo. David has been a great service advisor every time. He keeps me updated and notified me of what I can expect in the coming months. The last time I brought my car in I had to leave it for a few days. I think he went above and beyond by walking me to the Enterprise next door for a loaner car and to make sure I was completely set up to go when it was time to pick up my car. David is an excellent service advisor, and the reason why I go to Tustin instead of a dealership closer to my home! 😀 More

The service department is fabulous. We had two Hyundais serviced there, and now we take our Kia Sorento there for service. This was my second visit to this dealership. I have an older car but was very satisfied with the care taken to be sure I got everything I needed to be done completed. I had to come back for a follow-up visit due to ordering of parts. Your service department personnel (including greeters) are easy to work with and go beyond what needs to be done. In other words they don't just rush you through to get to the next customer. I especially want to thank Edward Segura for all his assistance.
