Marcos was my salesman for my Ioniq I purchased in March 2024. This was helpful since other dealerships have the salesperson ride along, and that can be very distracting when you have a salesperson constantly chatting in your ear about how the car you’re test driving has a horn, brakes, a trunk, etc. -The paperwork process was simple and to the point. From the start of the credit app to signing all of the purchase information, it only took about 30 minutes.
